How long does shipping take?
~3-5 days for shipments within the US, and a bit longer for international orders. Refer to the tracking number on your recipt email!
International shipping is expensive, is there any way around that?
Since our garage is the only place we pack and ship orders, international shipping will cost more than domestic! However, we only charge the lowest amount possible.
My preferred name is different than the one used on my shipping address. Can you use my preferred name instead of my shipping address name for my personalized note, and will that name be visible on the package itself?
Of course! At checkout, click "Need to leave a note or instructions?" and type in your preferred name(s). We'll use whatever name you listed there for your note. The only name visible on the outside of the package will be the name associated with your shipping address. If this field is left blank, we will use the name on your shipping address for the note.
